On January 6 2026, a ceremonial commemoration was held in front of the bust monument of Hristo Botev in Borisova Garden, marking 178 years since the birth of the great Bulgarian poet, publicist, public figure, and revolutionary.
Representing Rakovski National Defence College, the ceremony was attended by Colonel Assoc. Prof. D. Sc. Petar Marinov, Deputy Commandant for Education and Science.
