An Operational Planning Workshop (COPD) under NATO’s Defence Education Enhancement Programme (DEEP) was held at the War College of Tunisia.
Col. Assoc. Prof. Petrana Kokudeva, PhD Deputy Dean of the Command and Staff Faculty, and Col. Assoc. Prof. Svetoslav Slavov, PhD Head of the Department of Air Force and Air Defence, organized and conducted the training, marking the first DEEP course organized by Rakovski National Defence College.
The DEEP Programme supports the development and reform of defence education by enhancing faculty expertise, improving curricula, and fostering international cooperation. By strengthening democratic institutions, it contributes to building stability and security within and beyond the Euro-Atlantic area.
