From 17 to 19 November, 2021, teachers of English from the National Defence Academy of Georgia – Lali Kurdadze and Lana Gigauri – visited Rakovski National Defence College (RNDC). Their visit was funded by the European Union’s Erasmus+ Programme for teaching mobility.
The Georgian colleagues met the lecturers from the Language Training Department and exchanged ideas for effective foreign language teaching methods during the methodological workshops for the development of creative thinking and communicative teaching. The guests had the opportunity to have online classes with the students in the English language courses that are currently being held at RNDC. Both the colleagues from the National Defence Academy and the trainees expressed their satisfaction with the opportunity to learn together.
The visit to Sofia is the first one for the partners from Georgia after the visit of RNDC’s representatives to Gori, Georgia in October this year and the meeting with the command of the Georgian Academy. More visits are planned to exchange good teaching practices and experience.
