The Minister of State for the Armed Forces of the UK Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Mr. Leo Docherty was an official guest of the Rakovski National Defence College (RNDC). He delivered a lecture to the teaching staff and students from RNDC where he focused on strengthening of the bilateral relations between Bulgaria and the United Kingdom in the area of defence, the 75-th anniversary of the signing of the North Atlantic Treaty, the upcoming Summit in Washington, the war in Ukraine and the UK engagement with the Black Sea security.
At the end of the lecture, Mr. Docherty answered thoroughly the questions raised by the audience. The Minister of State for the Armed Forces of the UK Great Britain and Northern Ireland observed the “Tzar Hall” Complex and signed the Honorary Visitors Book of the RNDC.
