Representatives from Rakovski National Defence College took part in the 67th Meeting of the Implementation Group of the European initiative for the exchange of young officers inspired by Erasmus (EMILYO), organised by the European Security and Defence College (ESDC).

The event, held in Brussels, Belgium, gathered more than 90 participants from 46 military academies and educational institutions across 19 EU and NATO member states. The discussions focused on the review of academic exchanges conducted so far and on the statistics for the 2024–2025 academic year, which confirmed a significant increase in both academic mobility and international activities.

The programme also included syndicate work on various aspects of young officers’ education and informal meetings, offering opportunities to establish new and strengthen existing partnerships with institutions relevant to Rakovski National Defence College.
