The new Academic year was opened with a speech of the Commandant / Rector of Rakovski National Defence College – Major General Grudi Angelov, PhD. It is a new consecutive year to mark a record in the number of freshmen at the College. A special guest at the ceremony was the Minister of Culture – Prof. Velislav Minekov.
