Major General Stayko Prokopiev, Commandant of Rakovski National Defence College, welcomed Mr. Kaneko Yozo, Parliamentary Vice Minister of Defence of Japan, during his official visit to Bulgaria, taking place from 22 to 24 September.

The visit to the College reflects the shared commitment to further strengthen bilateral cooperation in the field of military training and education.

As part of the programme, before giving his lecture, Mr. Kaneko and the members of his delegation will be briefed on the College leadership’s version and strategic objectives for development.
