Solemn act of graduation of 86 students who have successfully completed master’s degree programmes in full-time and part-time modes of study at Rakovski National Defence College (RNDC) was conducted on 29 October, 2021.
„Success will be with those who have a clear idea of future tasks!“ With these words the President of the Republic of Bulgaria addressed the graduates of RNDC.
The Head of state stood on the rostrum 25 years after graduating from the military Alma Mater. He shared that the success will be with those who have a clear idea of future tasks and realities, who set high goals, who are aware of their responsibility and the importance of their dedication to the security and to the motherland.
The President expressed confidence that the officers were aware of the challenges in their mission in an increasingly difficult and unpredictable world.
