On October 20 (Tuеsday) 2020, Major General Grudi Angelov, PhD – Commandant / Rector of Rakovski National Defence College and Senior Commissioner Lyubomir Kirilov Timchev D.Sc. – Rector of the Academy of the Ministry of Interior – Bulgaria signed an Agreement for cooperation and joint activities between the two universities.
The agreement provides for joint work to strengthen the prestige of the two institutions at national and international levels. Cooperation in a wide range of areas, joint activities in the training of specialists (bachelors, masters, postgraduates, graduates, PhD students). The research work consists in organizing scientific sessions, seminars, conferences and congresses, as well as in other areas of mutual interest.
