Both the President of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, Academician Julian Revalski, and the Commandant of Rakovski National Defence College, Major General Grudi Angelov, PhD, attended the ceremony.
With this agreement, the two sides declare their intention to permanently unite their efforts for cooperation and joint activities, aimed at a more efficient use of resources, mechanisms, and procedures, as well as the potentials of the two institutions in the field of education, qualification and research.
Such an initiative supports the efforts of the two institutions to establish a single European educational and research area.
